We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Assistant (m/f/d) in Massy (France). As a Logistics & Warehouse Assistant you will be responsible for monitoring warehousing and logistics activities with a particular focus on compliance with import/export regulations customs procedures and tax laws.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily warehousing and logistics activities with our logistics partners.
- Contact our transport partners to organise flows according to incoming and outgoing orders.
- Interact with customs authorities to anticipate the formalities to be completed for international flows.
- Collaborate with the various internal departments involved (production sales administration purchasing quality etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of our incoming and outgoing goods.
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international logistics.
- Knowledge of import/export processes with an emphasis on customs and tax regulations.
- Fluency in English and French. Any other language is a plus.
- Proficiency in Office and ERP systems particularly SAP.
- Pragmatic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a service-minded attitude.
