Internal Sales Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service building relationships and driving sales. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment that values innovation collaboration and professional growth. This is not a cold calling role all customers you will be dealing with have expressed an initial interest. As an Internal Sales Advisor you will play a key role in interacting with prospective and existing customers providing tailored solutions and contributing to team sales targets. The company also offer a career progression path in to BDM or field based roles for the right individual.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone email and online platforms with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
  • Building quotes to send to customersin a timely and accurate manner.
  • Building long lasting customer relationships
  • Proactively follow the sales pipeline process and follow up on leads and quotes within a designated time frame
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Keep accurate up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions investigate why sales have been lost to competitors if any.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while participating in team meetings training sessions and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Essential Skills: Strong customer service skills and experience in up-selling or cross selling would be an advantage
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Sales-oriented mindset: Proven ability to sell products/services and achieve sales targets.
  • Organizational skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Adept at using CRM systems and other sales-related software tools (training can be provided).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
