We are hiring Service Associate - Hygiene and Sanitation.
As a Service Associate - Hygiene and Sanitation we rely on you to:
- Assist the hygiene manager to carry out regular daily inspection of the hotels operation.
- Supervise the quality of food raw materials semi-finished products and finished products to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Responsible for training all food contact staff in food safety and hygiene knowledge.
- Keep close contact with the kitchen and F&B and rectify problems in time.
- Strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the hotel group and regulatory authorities regarding food safety and hygiene.
- Prepare hygiene reports for the hotel Management.
We are looking for someone who:
- Hasworking experience in food safety and hygiene.
- Understand the relevant policies and professional knowledge of hygiene.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Good office software.
- Rigorous work strong execution ability.
- Strong teamwork ability.
