Job Summary

Workshop-Based Cabinet Maker Balcatta

CrewSELECT is seeking a qualified Cabinet Maker to join a busy well-equipped workshop based in Balcatta. This is a hands-on workshop role with consistent workflow quality projects and flexible start times.

Whats on Offer:

Up to $52 per hour penalties
Ongoing work with the opportunity to transition to full-time permanent
Daily overtime available plus optional ½ day Saturdays
Flexible start times 6:00am or 7:00am starts available
Supportive team environment with steady long-term work

Your Role:
You will be workshop-based manufacturing high-quality cabinetry and joinery including:

Manufacturing cutting edging assembly and laminating
Working across residential and commercial cabinetry projects
Operating workshop machinery and tools to a high standard
Maintaining quality control and attention to detail throughout production

What Were Looking For:

Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker with 45 years post-trade experience
Strong workshop background across manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
Experience with acrylics and laminations highly regarded
CNC operation experience desirable (Microvellum experience highly regarded)
Reliable punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop
