Senior M365 Delivery Engineer

TheSenior Microsoft 365 Delivery Engineerplays a vital role in the success of the organization. Theyare responsible forensuring that operations are efficient effective and aligned with the organizations strategic goalsand service level Microsoft 365 Delivery Engineer must have a strong understanding ofthe Microsoft Modern Workplace applications adapting business needs totechnical configurations andthe ability to deliver operational services. They must also be able to think strategically and make sound decisions under Microsoft 365 Delivery Engineeris critical tosupporting our customers embarking on technological implementations focused on securecompliant and effectivesolutions andsupporting them through ongoing operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans processes and procedures.

• Establish and maintain operational standards for qualitydeliverables efficacyand timeliness forNeoSystemsservices and deliverables.

• Monitorkey performance indicatorsand adherence toSLAs.
• Serve as a NeoSystems Microsoft 365 delivery representative to internal and external stakeholders including executive business reviews escalation management and performance reporting.

• Participate and work with stakeholders for the development of new product offerings providing key inputs to operational delivery requirements and support models.

• Ensure effective and smooth transition with otherNeoSystemsteams foronboardingand maintenanceprojects.

• Support the creation and management of support processes knowledge base articlesplaybooksandotherdocumentationmanagement.

• Work with a team ofengineers to buildanalyzeand review standardizedMicrosoft365GCC and GCC Hightenant environmentsfor clients that require complianceinaccordance withCMMC NIST 800-171 and/or DFARS 7012.
• Collaborate with peers through multiple simultaneous projects including services onboarding cloud migration and continuous maintenance while ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining data integrity and security.

• Support andparticipateinarchitecturalreviewsandproviderecommendations such astechnologycompliance requirements audit guidance securitybenchmarksand security best practices change.

• Interact withclients and prospectivebusiness stakeholders to understand their needs and challengestodefine detail and scope technical requirements into deliverable solutions.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation includingplaybooksdesign documents configuration guides Knowledge Base guides and standard operating procedures.

• Establish andmaintainstrong relationships with key vendors and partners. Develop a nuanced understanding of strategic vendors roadmaps to support the companys businessobjectives.

• Maintain flexibility to ensure critical tasks incidents and business needs are addressed promptly with a focus on delivering solutions and sustaining operational continuity.

• PromoteNeoSystemsservice offerings and capabilitieswhere services will enhance clients experience and security.â

• Demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge in cloud-based infrastructure secure configuration and optimized performance. Focuson clients key business challenges and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Competencies / Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience inMicrosoft 365 business process transformation cloud modernization data migration and digital transformation.
• Proven experience in IT service delivery cybersecurityservice delivery supportingIToperational environments including SOC or NOC

• Experience with NIST 800-171 NIST 800-53CMMC or other highly regulated IT and Security controlstandards (HIPAAPCIetc.)
• CISSP Six Sigma ITIL or other IT operations-focused certifications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within and external to the organization and to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond to understand and serve customers needs and in effectively managing several customers simultaneously.
• Highly collaborativewith team mindset sharing ideas and supporting cross-functional colleagues; handling interactions with professionalism and integrity.
