Where Youll Make a Difference

As a Designer I youll play a key role in developing innovative product formulations and delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing finished product formulations (Mainly Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages) that meet client legal and industry standards.
Managing your own projects and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Applying technical knowledge to create solutions that delight consumers and drive commercial success.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing Flavorists and Quality.
Supporting innovation programs and demonstrating new technologies in real-world applications to our customers.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Experience: 25 years in the food ingredient flavour or pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years in a specialized field.
Education: Degree in Food Science & Technology or related disciplines (Chemistry Biochemistry Human Nutrition).
Strong understanding of product design flavour interactions and food processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passion for new product development / innovation and continuous learning.
