Job Summary
About the Technical Consultant Position
Were looking for a qualified Technical Consultant to setup and supply technical support and solutions for our Arch Clients including bespoke development.
Technical Consultant Responsibilities
- Install/configure integration tools and software
- Support both the integration remotely and on site
- Investigate and resolve issues with SQL databases
- Data analysis with reconciliations supporting your conclusions
- Originate solutions and deliver suggested solutions on any query or issue
- Be able to translate what client is saying/requesting and what the actual issue/requirement is and respond accordingly
- Deliver what you promise
Technical Consultant Requirements
- 1 2 years experience in a similar environment
- Excel Skills - advanced
- MUST HAVE: Well-developed technical skills.
- Retail experience (Advantageous)
- Database (MS-SQL - Advantageous)
- Exposure to ERP Systems (preferred)
- Good Communication skills
- Numerical Accuracy
