We are looking for anEthics & Business Integrity Insights EU Monitoring Program Leadwho is analytical collaborative and handson to join us in our Ethics and Business Integrity team based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will lead healthcare compliance monitoring activities across Europe ensuring monitoring plans are delivered on time with high quality and in line with regulatory this role you will shape monitoring strategies manage external partners and use data and analytics to identify risks and drive continuous improvement. You will act as a key connection between regional business teams country compliance officers and global monitoring leadership helping ensure a strong and effective compliance program across diverse regulatory environments.
Who youll work with
You will be working in a team that partners closely with regional and country compliance officers business leaders and crossfunctional colleagues across Europe. You will collaborate with global compliance teams to align regional monitoring activities with global standards and best practices. You will also work closely with external vendors building strong partnerships to ensure monitoring activities are executed efficiently consistently and to a high standard.
What youll do
- Lead and deliver regional compliance monitoring plans aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements
- Manage and guide external monitoring vendors ensuring quality timeliness and continuous improvement
- Analyze monitoring data dashboards and trends to identify risks and provide actionable insights
- Communicate monitoring findings clearly to senior stakeholders and regional compliance leaders
- Oversee followup actions and management of highimpact compliance findings
- Collaborate withcountry compliance officers to ensure monitoring supports ethical decisionmaking and risk mitigation
Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills
- Bachelors degree and at least five years of experience in healthcare compliance risk management or internal audit
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements and monitoring expectations in regulated environments
- Proven experience managing vendors and delivering monitoring activities in a multinational organization
- Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and data to identify trends and risks
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures
- Handson proactive mindset with the ability to drive results in a matrixed environment
