- MeetregularlywithdepartmentheadsSMEsandcross-functionalteamstoassesscurrentworkflowsidentifygapsanddesignimprovedfuture-stateworkflows.
- Createprofessional-gradeSOPsprocessmapsswimlanediagramstechnicalinstructionsandpolicydocumentationtosupportnewsystemsandbusinesspractices.
- DevelopstandardizeddocumentationtemplatesandmaintainacentralizedSOP/workflowrepositorytoensureaccuracyandversioncontrol.
- Translatecomplexprocessesintoclearuser-friendlydocumentationsuitablefortechnicalandnon-technicalaudiences.
DataAnalytics&PerformanceMeasurement
- Conductanalysisofoperationalfinancialandperformancedatasetstoidentifytrendsprocessinefficienciesandimprovementopportunities.
- BuildandmaintaindashboardsKPIscorecardsandperformancereportsusingExcelPowerBIandSAPdatasources.
- Providedata-drivenrecommendationsthatsupportdecision-makingacrossleadershipoperationscustomersupportfinanceandproductteams.
- Supporttheevaluationofnewprocessesbydefiningmetricsmeasuringoutcomesandpresentinginsightstostakeholders.
