Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate that is eager to learn at an accelerated pace. They need to have a high sense of passion for product design and development. The Industrial Design Intern will get full exposure to all areas of the design process in a globally situated corporate environment working under direct supervision within an Industrial Design Team. The ideal candidate has excellent sketching/conceptualization skills (traditional and digital) and is developing in 3D CAD communication and judgment skills with a desire to learn. The candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day). Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Industrial Design team as an Industrial Design Intern you will participate in the conceptualization and development of new products. The work in this role is of appropriate difficulty and scope such that it will be completed with specific and detailed instruction as needed from the design staff.

Work Environment:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. The candidate will be working in both a design studio & shop environment creating 2D concepts & 3D prototypes. Opportunities to work within cross functional teams with exposure to marketing engineering (mechanical & electrical) & manufacturing functions.
