Job Summary
- Define and drive the ServiceNow platform architecture standards and best practices across the organization
- Design and maintain architectural blueprints ensuring scalability security and performance
- Lead technical design discussions architecture reviews and code reviews
- Oversee the design development and deployment of ServiceNow applications and custom modules
- Architect and lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs OAuth SAML and middleware platforms
- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for ServiceNow development and platform usage
- Ensure compliance with ITIL practices regulatory standards and internal governance policies
- Identify opportunities for automation AI-driven enhancements and service optimization using Gen AI capabilities
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases roadmap updates and industry best practices
- 10 years of IT experience including at least 8 years of deep ServiceNow platform experience
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow ITSM ITOM GRC IRM and Gen AI capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Workflow Flow Designer Integration Hub Virtual Agent Now Assist and integrations
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio Application Scope management and data reporting
- Solid knowledge of Service Catalog Knowledge Management CMDB governance and compliance frameworks
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise service management best practices
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable secure ServiceNow technical solutions
- Lead and mentor developers junior architects and cross-functional teams
- Enforce architectural standards coding guidelines and development best practices
- Establish and maintain platform governance while balancing agility and innovation
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders developers and business analysts

As a Senior Angular Developer You Will: Design develop and maintain scalable high-performance web applications using Angular 13. Build responsive modular and reusable UI components following modern Angular best practices. Implement client-side logic using TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3. Integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs. Ensure application performance security and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with backend developers data engineers and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Participate in code reviews debugging testing and performance optimization. Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence. Collaborate on initiatives involving cloud-based data platforms and data engineering workflows aligned with Google Cloud environments. What You Bring to the Table 810 years of overall professional experience in software development. Strong hands-on expertise in Angular 13 or later versions. Proficiency in TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern UI development practices. Solid understanding of Angular architecture component lifecycle routing and state management. Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines. Desirable: Proven experience migrating Hadoop ecosystem workloads from on-premise environments to the cloud preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Oozie and/or Apache Airflow. Exposure to data engineering concepts or collaboration with Google Data Engineering teams is a strong plus. You Should Possess the Ability to Design and develop scalable maintainable and user-friendly Angular applications. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Optimize UI performance and ensure high-quality user experience. Work effectively in cross-functional teams including frontend backend and data engineering stakeholders. Troubleshoot debug and resolve complex UI and integration issues. Adapt quickly to new frameworks tools and cloud-based technologies.
