Position Title: Medical Audit Trainer Healthcare Operations

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Audit Trainer to design and deliver structured training programs focused on auditing practices across Laboratory Pharmacy IPD (In-Patient Department) OPD (Out-Patient Department) and Store/Inventory functions.
The trainer will be responsible for equipping healthcare professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to conduct internal audits ensure regulatory compliance improve documentation accuracy and enhance operational efficiency in hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on Medical Audit processes across Lab Pharmacy IPD OPD and Store departments.
Train participants on documentation review compliance verification and audit checklist preparation.
Educate staff on NABH/JCI standards and hospital regulatory requirements.
Conduct case-based learning and real-time audit simulations.
Guide teams on identifying non-conformities documentation gaps and corrective action planning.
Provide training on pharmacy stock audit lab quality indicators patient record audit billing audit and inventory reconciliation.
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge and competency improvement.
Prepare audit training materials checklists templates and summary reports.
Support hospitals in strengthening internal audit systems and compliance frameworks.
Requirements
Proven experience in hospital auditing quality assurance or healthcare compliance.
Strong understanding of NABH/JCI standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Practical experience conducting audits in Lab Pharmacy IPD OPD and Store departments.
Knowledge of medical documentation standards billing audits and inventory controls.
Ability to train multidisciplinary teams including doctors nurses pharmacists quality executives and store managers.
Strong analytical presentation and facilitation skills.
Capability to design structured training modules and assessment tools.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Nursing Pharmacy Medical Laboratory Technology Hospital Administration Healthcare Management or related field.
Certification in Healthcare Quality NABH Internal Auditor or Hospital Administration preferred.
Additional certification in Medical Records Pharmacy Audit or Inventory Management is an added advantage.
