The position will focus on supporting New Zealand and Australian customers (AU/NZ). This is

will be hired to direct support to the local Sales team.
Candidates must currently reside in New Zealand.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned regional accounts (AU/NZ).
Develop deep trusted relationships with clients through regular communication.
Ensure clients are utilizing Link4 effectively and achieving desired outcomes.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Link4 features and services based on
Drive contract renewals and maintain high customer retention rates.
Proactively address issues and prevent churn by acting as the voice of the customer
Work closely with finance support technical and sales teams to resolve client
Coordinate onboarding and training for new customers in collaboration with the
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the Zoho
Provide regular feedback to the product and leadership teams regarding customer
Requirements
3 years in account management or customer success preferably in SaaS or
technology sales.
Proven ability to maintain and grow relationships with mid-size or enterprise
customers.
A farmer mindset: nurturing empathetic and relationship-driven.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience working with international teams across different time zones.
Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
