Job content:
Assist the Head of Business Management in carrying out responsibilities and tasks.
Co-work with business stakeholders for initiatives and regulatory/group policy implementation .etc.
To ensure day-to-day GPB investment transaction operation flow is performed smoothly.
To complete relevant investment transaction reporting requested by group / local authority.
To prepare internal management MI reports for senior management evaluation and monitoring.
Review existing process flow to form up streamlining process to optimize client investment journey.
Ensure all processes are complied with group guidelines and external regulations.
Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor or above university degree
- Experienced in business management/operations
- Strong risk and compliance mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
- Familiar with MS Excel Word
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of Bank practices regulatory environment and investment products
- Organized self-initiated and detail oriented
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
License/Qualification Requirement
- 證券商業務人員 and Trust sales personnel License are prerequisite
