administrative support by answering all telephone calls answering machine messages promptly and courteously record accurately all information about incoming consult requests assist with routing consults to residents and fellows record all information maintain a consult log book and maintain files of all consultation reports.

secretarial support by accurately typing all correspondence maintaining CVs assisting in billing (including maintaining financial records and following up on accounts receivable).

research assistance to the Division by maintaining database program which includes entering data for studies and arranging for scanning of computer forms.
in preparation of presentation slides and posters.
as liaison between Fellowship Director(s) and fellows.
