The Assistant Professor opening is a tenure-track position in organizational behavior with appointment beginning in Fall 2026. The hired individual must conduct high quality research that is published in the Departments A level journals effectively teach management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level serve as a research mentor to doctoral students and interact effectively with colleagues to support and enhance our unique department culture.
Essential Functions: The candidate must contribute to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship mission in the areas of research teaching and service. Candidates mustconduct research in teh departments A-level journals be able to teach management courses at undergraduate and graduate levels serve as a research mentor to doctoral studentsand participate in professional and department service.
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess an earned doctorate in a related academic field or be close to earning that doctorate by the position start date.
- Demonstrate the potential to actively publish in premier scholarly management journals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Show evidence of teaching excellence in one or more areas of management.
- Strong research identity with a pipeline of additional high-quality papers published or forthcoming.
