Job Summary
FULL-TIME MINISTRY RESIDENT FAITH PROMISE CHURCH
The Faith Promise Church 24-Month Residency is a structured full-time leadership development experience designed to prepare future ministry leaders for long-term impact in the local church.
This is not an internship. Residents serve as full-time ministry team members leading volunteers executing ministry initiatives and contributing to strategy while alsoparticipatingin structured leadership development and theological formation.
We are looking for men and women who sense a clear call to ministry and are ready to be developed stretched and formed as leaders.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Real Ministry Work
Residents will:
- Lead and develop volunteers
- Execute weekly ministry responsibilities
- Plan and deliver ministry initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration
- Contribute to systems and process improvement
- Complete major ministry projects
- Execute a strategic capstone project in Year Two
You will notobserveministry. You will help build it.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent ministry experience)
- Demonstrated leadership experience (volunteer or professional)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Alignment with Faith Promise Church mission values and Statement of Faith
- Ability to commit to the full 24-month program
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
This position is a full-time non-exempt role with an expected schedule of40 hoursper week. Benefit offerings include Medical Insurance Health Savings Account 403b Retirement Life Insurance Dental Vision Accident and Critical Illness coverage. Residents alsoaccruepaid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation isdeterminedbased on education and experience.
