Job Summary

Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School is seeking an experienced Enrollment Counselor to help launch a strategic initiative to increase enrollment. This person will work in a team-setting to develop and implement this initiative.

The ideal candidate would have:

experience in developing and implementing successful enrollment strategies
experience in a secondary school setting
knowledge in using enrollment software systems and student information system and ability to make data informed decisions to allocate resources appropriately
ability to personally engage student prospects and families throughout the community including feeder schools parishes and local community organizations
strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate the schools mission
ability to engage efforts of faculty staff current students and alumni for the purpose of recruiting new students
skills to oversee and develop school initiatives to maintain and grow a pipeline of well- profiled student prospects
