Primary Responsibilities:
To assist the Head Speech Coach in the selection instruction training and conditioning of all students assigned to the Assistant Coach by the Head Coach.

Essential Functions

Coordinates manages and facilitates school based youth sports and activity programs.
Provides for the health safety and well-being of team members.
Promotes positive communication between coaches activity staffparents students and outside agencies.
Integrates goals and standards of Columbia Heights schools into the sport programs and activity events.
Completes continuing education courses meetings and events.
Communicates and implements the head coaches and activity staffs vision for the program.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED and moderate experience working in a coaching capacity or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
