Were looking for anERP Configuration Specialistto join our team and play a key role in managing and maintaining ERP product data in a JD Edwards environment. This position is critical to ensuring our systems support efficient high-quality product development and manufacturing processes.

What Youll Do:

• Upload and maintain ERP product data including new product setups BOM creation and configurator updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering Product Management Operations and other teams to support new product development and production changes.
• Build and test product configurations ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Manage User Defined Code (UDC) tables Assembly Inclusion Rules (AIRs) and Cross-Segment Editing Rules (CSRs) to maintain data integrity and streamline product setup.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve data discrepancies across departments.
• Support large-scale ERP data transformations and partner with IT to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Continuously improve processes to support business goals and maintain high data quality.

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• 3 years of experience working with ERP systems (JDE preferred) with a strong focus on data management.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data manipulation.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelors degree in Information System Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
