You will be an integral part of a dynamic healthcare team responsible for delivering professional nursing care within your scope of practice.
Job Description
Perform patient procedures and administer care within the nursing scope of practice.
Safely administer medications closely monitoring patient responses and ensuring positive outcomes.
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways and care coordination strategies.
Provide nursing care for a designated group of patients ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all activities and care provided.
