The Service Technician Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily technical operations. This position works closely with senior technicians to ensure service tasks are completed efficiently accurately and in alignment with company standards. Responsibilities
Assist service technicians with installations maintenance and repairs
Prepare and organize tools materials and equipment for service calls
Support troubleshooting and diagnostic processes
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities
Ensure work areas are clean organized and compliant with safety standards
Provide professional support during client interactions when required
Follow company procedures and operational guidelines
