About the Role

As a Ready-Mix Driveryoullbe the face of our company ensuring safe andtimelydelivery of ready-mix concrete to a variety of projects and equipment in both industrial and residential settings often working independently while knowing our team has your back.

Main Responsibilities

Safelyoperateready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations

Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards

Load and unload equipment and materials as needed

Maintainaccuratemileage logs and delivery records

Follow all company policies safety procedures and traffic laws

Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly

Support your team and supervisors withadditionalduties asrequired

Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy

WhatWereLooking For

Qualifications

High school diploma or GEDrequired

3 years experience driving trucks ofsimilar sizeand equipment preferred

Valid CDL A or B licenserequired; mustmaintainan active clear record

Work Requirements

Mustbe 18 years old

Pass a DOT physical drug screening and background check

Hold a valid DOT medical card

Commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage (company provided)

Willingto work up to 6 days a week with overtime as needed

Flexible to work nights weekends and travel for assignments

Team player with a positive attitudestrong communication and customer service skills

Ability to train and mentor others if experienced

Meet company state and federal driving standards

Knowledge & Skills

Expertisein operating mixer trucks and related equipment

Strong math recordkeeping and basic reading skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Experience in securing and transporting heavy or oversized loads

Professional courteous and effective communication with customers and coworkers

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Frequently required to climb balance and perform tasks involving physical agility.

Regularly sit climb and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand walk crawl kneel bend stoop crouch or reach above shoulder height.

Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50lbsas needed.

Work primarily outdoors often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.

Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery high places airborne particles and loud environments.

Must have specific vision abilities including close distance color peripheral and depth perception tooperateequipment safely.

Reasonableaccommodationsprovided as necessary to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
