We are seeking a Call Centre Agent / Driver for a permanent role based in Parktown North Gauteng

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with a proven track record in debt collections and at least three years of driving experience.
Looking for an individual who can bridge the gap between office-based strategy and field-based execution.
Due to navigating various locations candidate must have strong route-planning skills and the ability to use navigation technology effectively to optimize their daily schedules.
Must be a people person with active listening persuasive/negotiation skills and the ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships even in challenging situations.
Should be well-presented and possesses the emotional intelligence to handle sensitive conversations.
