Job Summary
- Ensure that all manufactured parts are provided to assembly process clean
- Frequently exchanging empty containers for full pre-loaded containers at each workstation
- Collecting empty packaging or reusable containers during the same run
- Handling Kanban cards to trigger replenishment and verifying part numbers and quantities at each stop.
- Accurately and efficiently follow work instructions
- Use of a pedestrian stacker (training will be provided)
- Working in order of priority for supply to the assembly process
- Play a key part in supporting the shop floor and production operations
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Experience in using factory aids such as pallet trucks pedestrian stackers etc
- Good attention to detail
- Time keeping skills with ability to prioritise work as and when needed
- Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills
