Job Summary

We are looking for an organised resilient and people-focused Scheduler to join our local team.
This role is available due to the current post holder progressing within the company reflecting our strong commitment to internal development.

This is a key coordination role ensuring care schedules are efficient responsive and centred around the needs of both clients and Care Professionals.

You will:

  • Build and manage effective weekly schedules factoring in travel time holidays training and last-minute changes.

  • Respond calmly and accurately to schedule adjustments working closely with the wider team.

  • Match Care Professionals to new clients and arrange introductions alongside the client services team.

  • Promote continuity of care by scheduling the same Care Professionals at consistent times wherever possible.

  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients and Care Professionals.

  • Maintain accurate records on the electronic scheduling system.

  • Work with recruitment and care teams to ensure care packages are resourced in a timely and sustainable way.


Qualifications :

  • Experience in a scheduling or coordination role (home care health logistics or similar).

  • Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication skills with a calm positive and resilient approach.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with great attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently think logically and meet deadlines.

  • A collaborative team player who builds rapport quickly and professionally.


Additional Information :

  • Salary: 25000 per annum increasing following a successful probationary period.
