- Process Optimization: Continuously analyzing and evaluating existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency reduce waste and increase productivity and quality.
- Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to process performance quality metrics and production output to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Investigating and troubleshooting process issues conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve production problems and minimize downtime.
- Continuous Improvement: Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects to drive process optimization and achieve operational excellence.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams including production engineering quality and maintenance to ensure effective communication and coordination for process improvement projects.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining process documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and process flowcharts FMEA control plan to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to production teams to ensure proper implementation and adherence to optimized processes.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all processes comply with safety regulations environmental standards and quality requirements.
- Project Management: Managing process improvement projects including planning resource allocation timeline management and reporting on project progress.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation Polymer Materials Chemical Engineering or other related majors
- At least 2years experience of lean production
- Good IE knowledge
- Good skill in MS office software(excel powerpoint) and autocad
