The Role
Were looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team reporting to the Director - Software Engineering. In this role youll help shape how we build innovative client-facing solutions that power the institutional investing marketplace. Youll be working as a full-stack engineer utilizing cutting-edge tools and frameworks like Net Core MS SQL Server AWS and Terraform in an agile scrum process. Your work will enable consultants and investors to make confident decisions worth billions of dollars.

What youll do:
Design and build scalable secure and high-performing software solutions for both front-end and back-end.
Write production-ready code using C# .NET/.NET Core and relational databases like MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
Build and maintain cloud-based microservices on AWS managing infrastructure with Terraform.
Work closely with a global team to enhance development efficiency by automating build test and deployment workflows ensuring rapid and reliable code integration and delivery.
Assist in reviewing code quality and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable maintainable solutions.
Explore and integrate various AI tools to enhance development workflows.
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or equivalent experience.
3 years of full-stack software development experience.
Strong skills in server-side programming (e.g. C# Java) and modern front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue Angular React).
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for provisioning and managing environments.
Experience with SQL databases (flexible across major relational systems).
Familiarity with common development tools and practices (version control Visual Studio Agile).
Nice to Have:
AIdriven development: experience with prompt engineering working with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT Claude) and familiarity with agentic workflows and RAGbased search.
Knowledge of microservices containerization (Docker) and DevOps tools (Jenkins).
Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (e.g. XUnit Cypress) and experience validating AI models.

This position will be located in Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates
