Our Learning & Development Center of Expertise is dedicated to designing delivering and enabling highimpact learning strategies that strengthen individual and team capabilities. As part of this mission we create bestpractice training frameworks develop formal learning journeys and offer modern learning experiences that support continuous skills development.
Within this plan we are looking for a Learning Facilitator Europe who will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful learning experiences aligned with our global leadership and functional development programs.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Deliver global training offerings as designed by the Global Design & Product team.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning sessions using multiple formats (inperson virtual ILT digital learning hybrid).
- Facilitate workshops moderate panels guide group coaching and support teambuilding initiatives.
- Adapt facilitation methods to suit both facetoface and virtual environments.
- Assess training outcomes using learner feedback assessments and performance metrics.
- Provide actionable recommendations for the Global Design & Product team.
- Guide learners throughout the training process addressing questions providing support and ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Partner with Global Design & Product teams to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for scheduling and maintaining accurate training attendance and reporting.
- Review aggregated feedback and provide quarterly insights to enhance classroom dynamics and learning experiences.
Your background - 810 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
- Proven experience in delivering leadership development programs for midtosenior leaders
- Experience facilitating assessments (e.g. personality leadership or competencybased tools).
- Strong facilitation skills across inperson virtual and digital modalities.
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and provide datadriven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills especially within global and multicultural environments.
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint and learning and development technology.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
