Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Design configure and develop OSM cartridges for enterprise services including Fulfillment Transformation and Decomposition
- Configure and manage order orchestration flows decomposition rules fallout handling and task workflows
- Handle full order lifecycle management: validation orchestration fulfillment and closure
- Integrate OSM with upstream and downstream systems such as CRM Siebel UIM BRM ASAP and Network systems using SOAP/REST services
- Develop and maintain integration flows using SOAP/REST JMS and Oracle SOA Suite
- Optimize orchestration plans and workflows to ensure scalability stability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve order failures fallouts and performance issues across SIT UAT and Production environments
- Support deployments and provide post-go-live production support
- Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate enterprise service requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate actively in requirement analysis design workshops and technical documentation
What Youll Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OSM (7.x 8.x / 12c) or similar telecom order orchestration platforms
- Solid understanding of Telecom Order Management concepts
- Proven experience in configuring order orchestration decomposition and fallout management
- Strong knowledge of XQuery XML XPath and Web Services
- Experience working with SOAP/REST integrations JMS and Oracle SOA Suite
- Good understanding of telecom products and services such as Voice Data IPTV Fiber and Mobile
- Experience integrating OSM within complex OSS/BSS ecosystems (CRM Billing Inventory Network systems)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across testing and production environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a distributed delivery model
- Detail-oriented mindset with a structured and logical approach to problem-solving
