An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and driven individual to join our People & Culture Team in Victoria based in Richmond. You will report into the People & Culture Manager with your role being the People & Culture Administrator. This role is responsible for providing key administrative support to the People & Culture Team as well as employees and stakeholders throughout the business. The role collaborates with our Payroll and Finance Teams to ensure a great candidate and employee experience throughout the whole employee lifecycle.
This role will see you:
- Assist with the recruitment process including the preparation of position descriptions advertising screening shortlisting contracts and pre-employment checks
- Co-ordinate the onboarding and induction processes including the creation of employee files and accounts new starter notifications induction presentations training and probation
- Support with employee lifecycle activities including general queries the preparation of letters and correspondence maintaining files and systems compliance learning and development and rewards and recognition
- Assist with the preparation of reports and dashboards newsletters auditing invoices and payments and maintaining SharePoint and the intranet for P&C
- Co-ordinate employee offboarding including the preparation of relevant letters certificates of service and closure of files and accounts and systems updates
- Support with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) including maintaining training registers first aid officers and fire wardens emergency contact sheets and electrical testing and tagging
- Get involved in exciting projects and company-wide initiatives
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or another relevant field
- CPHR qualification or part qualification is preferred
- HRIS experience and Elmo experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and investigative skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
