One of your most important goals is to maximize store availability and profitability by optimizing our Retail Store Forecast within the 0-3 month horizon. You manage the daily planning operations of your country package independent while while continuously seeking for improvements new opportunities and projects that support our top level Supply Chain. The S&OE team manages more than 1200 stores world wide the execution from A-Z on all promotions commercial moments and introductions on a yearly base. A daily adventure with a direct impact on the companys success. Your key responsibilities are:
- KPI-management: Manage provide forecast and analyze on a daily basis relevant KPIs & metrics like Availability Days of Supply Forecast and Inventory Value versus Store Targets.
- Forecasting Management: Manage the S&OE forecast for our products and stores within the 0-3 month horizon while by optimising our settings and considering factors like actual sales variables like leadtime safety stock
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain a good relationship with our internal and external stakeholders. External: Have frequent efficient meetings with the Retail Coordinators and managers in our Rituals countries. Set-up the right discussions and address important topics to create an even better future in our way of working together. Internally you will work closely with teams like Supply Demand & Inventory planning S&OP Planning Logistics Retail Ecom Wholesale/travel/B2B/Master Franchise Marketing but also Business Technology!
- Operation Excellence: Our road to succes! Pro-actively search work on and implement improvement initiatives that contribute to the growth of our Retail and Ecom S&OE planning team and our Supply Chain Departmemt as a whole.
Qualifications :
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in S&OE planning or replenishment planning or a combination of planning and forecasting in a commercial organization;
- Experience with working in a Retail or FMCG organization;
- You have a minimum Bachelor educational level preferably in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration;
- You are great with Excel and have experience with working with Power BI dashboarding;
- You have knowledge of ERP and planning software preferably Logility & Slim4;
- You have analytical skills and commercial insight.
- You are assertive proactive flexible accurate and you have a high level of stress resistance
