This role is for a senior planning professional who has built S&OE or demand planning capabilities before and wants to do it at corporate level.Youllshape how Vanderlande plans and executes across three business domains with direct impact on how we align short-term decisions with long-term direction.

Warehouse automation sits within TAL (Toyota Automated Logistics) a separateorganizationwithin the group.
The role
Youllcoordinatetwo connected planning capabilities across Vanderlande: S&OE (06 monthexecution horizon) and Demand Planning (618 months). Both span our3business domains: Airports Distribution andWarehousing part ofTAL (Toyota Automated Logistics).
This is a corporate capability role. Youco-define(in a matrix organization)the standardsgovernanceand operating rhythm that all three domains followin close cooperation with planners in the domains. About60% of your time goes to S&OE: keeping the weekly execution cycle consistent driving cross-domain alignment and making sure short-term decisions happen quickly and transparently. The remaining40% is demand planning: consolidating forecasts into one corporate demand plan and improving forecast accuracy.
Starting early FY27youllalso play a key role in our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation where demand supplyresourceand financial planning come together at company level.
Whatyoulldo
Define andmaintaincorporate standards KPIs and maturity models for S&OE and Demand Planning
Coordinate planning activities and decision-making across Airports Distribution andWarehousing
Coach S&OE Coordinators and support Demand Planners with toolstrainingandgovernance
Strengthen the connection between short-term execution and the tactical planning cycle (S&OP)
Drive forecast accuracy andharmonizationacross domains
Represent S&OE and Demand Planning in the IBP transformation program
Partner with Anaplan Power BI and ERP/DRP teams on tooling and data quality
What you bring
5-10 years in S&OP S&OE demandplanningor supply chain planning
Track recordin building planning capabilities and designing processes
Experience in a matrixorganization ideally across regions or business domains
Strong facilitation and coaching skills that make cross-functional meetings productive
Analyticalthinker whocan translate complexity into clear recommendations
Comfortablepresenting tosenior leadership and C-level
Sharp executive-ready PowerPoint narrative builder
Experience with Anaplan ERP/DRP systems and Power BI is a strong plus
