Position Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of brand plans within the pharmaceutical portfolio. This role goes beyond traditional Rx marketing by integrating direct-to-consumer communication strategies ensuring a cohesive and compliant omnichannel approach across healthcare professionals (HCPs) and the general public.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor strategic thinking regulatory understanding and creative leadership to drive brand growth in both professional and consumer environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute annual and long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define positioning segmentation targeting and value proposition.
- Lead forecasting budget management and performance tracking (ROI KPIs market share).
2. HCP Marketing & Commercial Excellence
- Design promotional campaigns for healthcare professionals (face-to-face digital hybrid).
- Develop sales materials and training tools for field force.
- Partner with Medical Regulatory and Compliance to ensure scientific rigor and adherence to local regulations.
- Drive congress presence speaker programs and peer-to-peer initiatives.
3. Consumer Communication & Awareness
- Develop and execute compliant communication strategies directed to general audiences.
- Lead disease awareness campaigns and educational initiatives.
- Coordinate digital campaigns (social media paid media SEO/SEM e-commerce platforms if applicable).
- Ensure messaging consistency across HCP and consumer touchpoints.
- Monitor consumer engagement metrics and optimize performance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Medical Affairs Regulatory Legal Market Access and Sales.
- Align global strategy with local market needs.
- Manage agencies (creative digital media PR).
5. Innovation & Omnichannel Excellence
- Identify new digital tools and platforms to enhance engagement.
- Implement data-driven insights to refine targeting and personalization.
- Lead integrated omnichannel execution plans.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Life Sciences or related field.
- 46 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Experience in Rx brand management required.
- Experience in consumer marketing digital campaigns or awareness initiatives preferred.
- Mandatory Experience in sales
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and cross-functional teams.
