Manages the implementation of MPS (Marketed Product Support) projects AOS projects (supplier change projects) and short-term implementations to avoid shortages supplies materials and accessories; may provide occasional support to NPI (New Product Introduction) projects in their transfer phase from design to manufacturing environment. This is done through interdisciplinary teams in compliance with company standards procedures regulations and industry standards.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects according to business needs including: Geographic introductions Line extensions Process/product transfers between different sites Changes or introductions of components/materials with global impact/high complexity (e.g. changes in product packaging and labeling).
- Develop and control the project schedule and budget. Interact with the project team and various functional areas locally and globally to ensure deliverables are met according to the project schedule and budget.
- Coordinate resource allocation with functional areas to ensure tasks are completed.
- Lead execution of activities and documentation of design control phases (when applicable) according to the schedule.
- Carry out specific activities such as: equipment and process validation protocols changes in drawings and procedures SAP settings DCCs and FA FSFA.
- Interact with suppliers at national and international levels to obtain materials products and/or services required for the project.
- Implement monitor and communicate key performance indicators for the project.
- Define and implement appropriate operational mechanisms for effective communication with the project team.
- Ensure proper closure/correction of any open deviation during project execution.
- Troubleshoot any event affecting the manufacturing process caused by project errors.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and legal EHS requirements by following internal policies and procedures. Manage and supervise activities of assigned personnel providing guidance support and measuring progress against established objectives.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION
- Engineer: Industrial Chemical Materials or related field.
- Desirable: Postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management.
- English B2 (oral and written).
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in the Medical Industry.
- Preferably at least 2 years of project execution experience
SKILLS
- Office Microsoft Project & Visio
- Desirable: Regulated Quality Management Systems (GMP QSR FDA ISO CAPA Design Control)
- Desirable: Power BI Minitab AutoCAD SolidWorks
OTHERS
- Availability to travel abroad current U.S. VISA (desirable)
