Job Summary
The Financial Analyst supports strategic decision-making by compiling analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data across the organization. This role develops recurring and ad-hoc reporting conducts variance and trend analyses and provides insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The analyst partners closely with the SVP & CFO VP of FP&A and operational departments in preparing operating and capital budgets forecasts and special project analyses.
Key responsibilities include financial and statistical analysis across all business divisionsCasino Hotel Food & Beverage Retail Entertainment Other Income Advertising and G&A. The role also maintains financial databases prepares weekly monthly quarterly and annual reporting packages and performs ROI analyses for proposed investment projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent gaming/hotel industry experience.
- At least two years of finance or related experience; gaming and hotel industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word Outlook Power BI) in addition to experience using PeopleSoft Cognos SQL and generative AI.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required work cards or licenses.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
