The Senior Analyst Mission Integration serves as the principal conduit between U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) the Pentagon (Army JIATF 401) and enabling partners. This role ensures strategic and operational alignment across multiple task forcesincluding JIATF-401 and REJTFfocused on rapid employment contingency logistics and emerging technology concert with the CENTCOM CTO this subject matter expert drives cross-sector collaboration policy harmonization and capability acceleration to advance CENTCOMs operational and modernization priorities.
As a Senior Analyst Mission Integration your duties will include the following but are not limited to:
Strategic Integration & Coordination
Serve as the senior Analyst interface connecting CENTCOM CTO priorities with JIATF 401 REJTF and Pentagon counterparts.
Lead integrated planning efforts to synchronize DoD interagency coalition and commercial partners in delivering rapid employment capabilities across all task force operational cycles.
Participate in senior-level engagements at CENTCOM fostering enduring partnerships with U.S. government agencies allied nations and industry leaders.
Operational Enablement & Mission Synchronization
Translate CENTCOM and joint task force operational requirements into executable cross-sector initiatives.
Identify and close capability gaps through accelerated sourcing prototyping and fielding of emerging technologies.
Policy Engagement & Risk Governance
Interpret and apply DoD CENTCOM and interagency policies to enable lawful effective cooperation with external partners.
Advise CENTCOM CTO and task force leadership on authorities acquisition frameworks and funding pathways that can expedite mission outcomes.
Develop governance frameworks and mitigation strategies to balance operational speed with statutory compliance.
Strategic Communications & Situational Awareness
Lead preparation of high-impact executive communications decision briefs and interagency coordination products.
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies defense innovation initiatives and dual-use industry capabilities relevant to CENTCOMs mission.
Ensure cohesive messaging and deliberate stakeholder alignment across operational and industry engagements.
Innovation & Capability Acceleration
Drive the full lifecycle of technology adoption by working with the team who scouts evaluates and advocates for transformative technologies and supporting rapid experimentation and fielding.
Support rapid experimentation and adoption processes that enhance force readiness resilience and responsiveness.
Build enduring public-private partnerships that directly contribute to CENTCOMs modernization and mission success.
Qualifications
Former U.S Military Service
10 years of progressive senior leadership experience with a significant portion within a joint interagency or special operations environment.
Active DoW secert clearance
In-depth understanding of CENTCOMs mission architecture JTF operations and rapid capability employment.
Demonstrated success in building and leading coalitions of senior stakeholders from the military government and private sector to achieve complex national security objectives.
Expertise in policy interpretation acquisition strategy and interagency coordination.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of briefing and advising senior military and civilian leaders (e.g. General Officer/Flag Officer Senior Executive Service) in high-stakes environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience working with the Defense Enterprise (Office of the Secretary of War and Military Service Chiefs)
Direct experience working with combatant commands particularly CENTCOM.
Experience with rapid acquisition authorities and non-traditional contracting vehicles.
A background in technology scouting venture capital or public-private partnerships.
