About the Role

The Center Manager is responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the companys desired financial results. This includes but is not limited to; leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists consistently modeling guest service behaviors recruiting development and retention of talent loss prevention expense control training & coaching and center cleanliness.

What We are Looking For:

We want individuals who are natural leaders motivators and team players Heres what will set you apart:

• Experience: 1 year in management 3-5 preferred
• Leadership style: Confident encouraging and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Scheduling: Able to work one weekend shift and flexible weekday hours
• Mindset: Positive proactive and passionate about personal and team growth
• Commute: Reliable transportation and ability to respond to in-center needs as they arise
