Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Shift: Nights 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $73.11

  • Total Weekly Gross: $2631.96

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered obstetric care in an acute care hospital setting. The RN will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe maternal and neonatal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and assist physicians with obstetric care

  • Plan implement and document nursing care based on patient needs

  • Identify patient priorities through assessment planning intervention and evaluation

  • Develop and coordinate individualized care plans

  • Initiate assessments based on medical diagnosis and presenting conditions

  • Perform therapeutic nursing interventions

  • Manage labor progression and monitor maternal/fetal status

  • Document care in accordance with standards of practice and patient acuity

  • Advocate for evidence-based nursing care and best practices

  • Deliver patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards

  • Perform additional duties as assigned
