Job Responsibilities**
* Shadow and support experienced team members across different departments (e.g. manufacturing engineering supply chain quality finance).
* Learn and adhere to company policies procedures and safety regulations.
* Assist in data collection analysis and report generation as required.
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.
* Complete assigned tasks and modules within the training program effectively and on schedule.
* Develop an understanding of Jabils products services and core business processes.
* Actively seek feedback and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support department objectives.

Job Qualifications**
* Engineering any field
* Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
