To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Intern located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor Intern role involves working on the special tools industrial projects on going for the different process across the organization. Conducts analysis design evaluate modify and implement of the equipment / machine improvements across several segments. Fix equipment on line plans in order to prevent any downtime in the line providing improvements to the process and equipment.

What a typical day looks like:

• Daily meeting with CFT related to maintenance issues.
• Review the equipment log to fix in a corrective or preventive way equipment failures.
• Programs and troubleshoot Machines / equipment.
• Analyses detects identifies and corrects manufacturing problems and deficiencies.
• Make machine spare parts inventory and Toolcrib location storage.
• Create Purchase Requisition for spare or maintenance necessity.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS Electronics
• Special Tools Preventive Maintenance
• Coordinate and support the Industrial Segment special equipment.
• Coordinate technicians activities related to maintenance.
• Confers with all support team personnel to clarify or resolve problems and develop corrective action method improvement to resolve problems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.
• Develops preventive maintenance process for the special tools.
• Preventive maintenance schedule and program for the special equipment.
• Analyzes engineering test results and implements changes to resolve problems.
