Your Tasks

Ejecución de la nómina de operarios de forma 100% in-house (no por proveedores).
seguimiento con instituciones gubernamentales (SAT IMSS INFONAVIT).
Administración de beneficios (fondo de ahorro vales etc.).
Atención y control de incidencias de nómina.
Elaboración de reportes para auditorías y cumplimiento fiscal.
Cumplimiento de fechas críticas (impuestos IMSS auditorías).
Capacitación básica a operarios en el uso de plataformas de beneficios (vacaciones permisos).

Your Profile

Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en nómina in-house - no proveedor(indispensable).
Experiencia en planta / operación con alto volumen de colaboradores.
Conocimiento en Seguridad Social: IMSS INFONAVIT y SAT.
Experiencia en administración de beneficios internos.
Manejo del Sistema Tres (deseable).
Excel avanzado.
Inglés intermedio.
Habilidades:Alta organización yexactitud (atención al detalle)
