Trimax is experiencing strong growth across the world and no more so than in the UK and Europe. To support our continued growth we are looking for Supply Chain Coordinator to join the UK team based at our office in Northampton.
In this role you will be a key member of our office team coordinating our UK based suppliers to ensure goods are received on time to support our manufacturing operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with UK suppliers to ensure their performance
- Raise and mange purchase orders or purchase agreements to ensure optimal stock levels
- Maintain accurate ERP data to support MRP planning and inventory control
- Communicate effectively internally to ensure accurate planning
- Organise inbound shipments from Europe in a timely manor
- ERP development as we grow and progress
- Undertake process improvement projects
- Sourcing products with new or existing supplier
- Providing current suppliers with engineering changes and updates
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar purchasing or supply chain environment
- Confidence when liaising with suppliers
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable
- Attention to detail
- Strategic thinking
