As an Investment Specialist Professional within our International Equities Group you will partner with portfolio management and cross-functional teams to deliver client materials analytics and insights that support portfolio reviews client engagement and business growth. You will support portfolios by owning client materials preparing portfolio reviews and delivering dataled insights in partnership with portfolio managers and crossfunctional teams. You handle ad hoc requests maintain consultant databases complete RFP/RFI/DDQs and streamline reporting while tracking industry and competitive intelligence.

Job Responsibilities

• Update and improve client pitchbooks and review materials to reflect latest data and messaging.
• Prepare portfolio review materials and performance commentary for client and investor meetings.
• Respond to ad hoc stakeholder requests with accurate timely dataled analysis.
• Maintain and update consultant databases in partnership with the dedicated data team.
• Complete RFPs RFIs and DDQs with a focus on precise datadriven responses.
• Attend portfolio manager meetings and capture notes for Investment Specialist use.
• Liaise with client service reporting and technology teams to streamline and verify client data.
• Monitor industry databases and publications for competitive market and marketing insights.
• Collaborate with portfolio management desks to align materials with product and market views.
• Ensure data quality consistency and ontime delivery across all client materials and reports.
• Prioritize competing deliverables and adapt to changing timelines and demands.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• At least 4 years experience in financial product analysis marketing or client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong numerical analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage priorities and adhoc requests in a fastpaced environment.
• Willingness to work in a teamoriented collaborative environment.
• Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong educational credentials.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Experience with consultant databases and RFP/RFI/DDQ processes.
• Exposure to international equities and portfolio review workflows.
• Familiarity with industry and competitive intelligence sources.
• Experience improving reporting processes and templates.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to enhance data flows.
• Experience producing clientready materials for institutional audiences.
• CFA or progress toward CFA is a plus.
