Location: On-Site Tampa FL
Compensation: Base Salary Uncapped Bonuses (Top performers earn $250000)

WHAT YOULL DO
- Conduct consultative retirement income conversations with warm pre-qualified clients
- Present compliant annuity and protection strategies aligned with client goals
- Work closely with EIPs Medicare team to convert qualified retirement opportunities
- Own the client relationship from initial conversation through application and funding
- Navigate underwriting carrier processes and follow-ups confidently
- Maintain strong product knowledge across annuities and insurance solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Active Florida 2-15 License (Life Health & Annuities)
Preferred
- FINRA licenses (Series 6 7 63 and/or 65)
Experience & Traits
- 3 years of experience in annuity life insurance or retirement income sales
- Inside sales phone-based advising or call-center experience strongly preferred
- Consultative closing style (not transactional selling)
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven performance environment
- Competitive motivated and accountable
- Organized professional and process-driven
