General Purpose:
Assists Bartender with cleaning stocking and other and service and adheres to allestablished memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.
Essential Duties:
- Stocks bar mixes and serves alcoholic beveragesassistsin cost control inventory andmaintaininginventory records.
- Assists &supports ininventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with managementin a timely mannerwhen suppliesare needed.
- Communicatesguest requests and concerns to the Bartenderand/orDepartment Manager.
- Performs opening and closingduties whichinclude but are not limitedto:inventory cash control cleaning and restocking.
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
- Assistswith setup and breakdown ofportable bars and other catered events.
- On occasion serves meals to guests.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties asrequired.
MinimumRequirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Requirements:
Previousworking experience inrestaurantenvironment.
Physical Demands:
Frequently stands walks talks hears and uses hands. Regularly reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally climbs balances stoops kneels crawls crouches; tastes smells and lifts up to 25 maylift upto 50 pounds.
Certificates/Licenses:
ServSafeCertified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.
Job Knowledge Skill and Ability Preferences:
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Strong teamplayer and self-motivated
- Can effectively communicate with guests co-workersand management
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to company values
