Job Summary

Department: Guest Services

Reports to: Director Stadium Operations

Classification: Part-Time/Non-Exempt (Seasonal)

Summary:

Under the direction of the Director Stadium Operations this position oversees and enforces rules/regulations of each of the kids activity areas including the playground moonshot alley (interactive experience zone) and splash pad during games. Must have the ability to work well with children and adults and to stand for duration of the game. This is a part-time seasonal position (Game Day only) that requires days nights and weekends. Must be 16 years of age or older.

Essential Duties & Functions:

Greets and acknowledges guests.
Answers guests questions and assists them whenever possible.
Supervises the playing of children on either the playground moonshot alley or splashpad.
Enforces rules when needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

Previous experience in child care or teaching preferred.
Previous experience in customer service and/or sporting event venues is a plus.
Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Companys customer service standards.
Good communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and co-workers
Attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to enforce rules as needed.
Capable of following job guidelines and supervisors instructions.

Work Environment

The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. Must be able to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions and within a stadium environment.

While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type

This is a part-time position. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including; extended hours evenings weekends and holidays.

No travel is expected for this position.
