Ziems Ford Corners is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title & Registrations Clerk to join our team in Farmington this role you will be responsible for managing vehicle titles and registrations to ensure smooth and accurate processing in compliance with state regulations. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will support our dealerships operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process vehicle titles registrations and related documents accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with state agencies and internal departments to ensure compliance with DMV requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all documentation and transactions.
- Assist customers with questions regarding their vehicle registrations and titles.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all personal and vehicle information.
- Support dealership staff with title and registration related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in title and registration processing preferred.
- Familiarity with DMV rules and procedures is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computer systems and software related to record keeping.
