Occupational Therapist Job Description

Attach all of the following:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy education (ACOTE). Masters Degree is preferred.
- Current and valid registration in Occupational Therapy issued by the national Board for certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Certification in Assistive Technology or equivalent demonstration of skillset in AT
- Current and valid license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy(CBOT)
- Possession of a valid California State Drivers License and proof of insurance
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Two Letters of Recommendation (Dated within the last year)
