We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Services Team Lead (Job File Coordinator) Team Lead to join our team in Midlothian VA. This position is responsible for managing a team of Job File Coordinators ensuring efficient and smooth workflows. Our idea of the ultimate candidate is one who is proactive experienced truly enjoys providing exceptional customer service able to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment. This position works to ensure processes are performed according to SERVPRO Franchise guidelines with completed jobs meeting or exceeding customer expectations while also seeking way to improve team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor assigned job files to include monitoring status audit and work-in-progress
- Assist in scheduling Project Manager to complete jobs
- Provide timely resolution of customer questions and concerns
- Assist with after-hour questions technical support and handling customer calls as needed
- Train new hires and provide continued training sessions for performance improvement
Requirements:
- 5 years of office accounting or customer service experience
- 1 year of management or supervisory experience required
- Experience with performing performance reviews for team members & providing job training
- Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in data management & process development
- Drivers license in good standing
